ITV bingo comes to the End of the Road

bingo ballThis week we bring you the sad news that the ITV Bingo Night Live bingo game has been taken off air. After its launch five months ago, viewing figures have been steadily in decline and it is unclear whether the show will be returning to our screens.

What a send off

Bingo Night Live did not leave on a sour note however and during its final bingo game gave away a massive £25,000! Lucky viewer Dave, from Blackwood in Wales, was delighted as he received the last of the total £500,000 given away.

How to bring the fun back

There is a goodbye page to Bingo Night Live on the ITV web site, which does not state whether the show will be back, though there is the opportunity for players to leave comments about the show. We encourage players who enjoyed the show to do so as ITV are likely to be reviewing the format to see whether it is viable in the future.

How you can make the difference

One of the biggest things that would increase their viewing figures is a change in the schedule. After all, we are fans of any format that offers free online bingo games and huge jackpots.

Few of us however, can manage to stay up to watch UK bingo when it’s on so late. So if you do leave a message of encouragement add that the show should be aired at a more sensible time and we may yet have a great show to tune into before midnight!
